The Isle of Palms is a perfect summer vacation destination, for a slew of reasons.
Best Reasons to Visit the Isle of Palms
First off, it’s right on the Atlantic Ocean. We have seven miles of sandy beach, all of which is open to the public and just waiting to be enjoyed. Beaches and summer go together like peanut butter and jelly, or popcorn and movies. All ages can relax and have fun right in the same spot - out in the fresh air, enjoying the sunshine, ocean breezes, peaceful waves and abundant sea life.
Second, it’s just plain fun being on an island. There’s something magical that happens as you crest the peak of the Isle of Palms Connector. You’re leaving the mainland behind, crossing the Intracoastal Waterway, and heading to a realm of “island time.” Life moves a bit slower here. People wear flip flops everywhere and sip refreshing cold beverages. It’s hard not to instantly relax as your feet hit the island.
Third, while the Isle of Palms is nicely situated on its own and surrounded by scenic waters - including the ocean, marshes, tidal creeks, inlets or the Intracoastal - it’s also just a short drive to see the many charms of Charleston. It’s no secret that Charleston has been named the best place on the planet to visit. Take your pick of reasons why - history coming alive everywhere you look, cutting-edge chefs creating world-class cuisine, a vibrant cultural/arts scene, shopping galore, and cool events and fun festivals that draw folks from around the globe.
Great Option for Large Group Vacation Rentals
Summer’s the perfect time to get a big group together to vacation together and make some lifetime memories. Whether it’s several generations of your extended family coming together, a reunion of college friends, or just your best buddies getting away from the grind, vacations are more fun with your favorite people.
And there’s no better venue than a beautiful big beach house to host them all. Exclusive Properties’ Isle of Palms beach rentals are large enough so that everyone can have ample elbow room and privacy when they want it. But they also feature great spaces like open floor plan living/dining areas and gourmet kitchens, large pools, and expansive decks where folks can assemble and have fun. It’s the best of both worlds.
And even though the pandemic is officially over (can I get an “Amen!”?), it’s really nice for your family or group to have the whole place to yourself. No need to deal with the germs or issues of strangers during your valuable vacation time.
And by choosing one of EP’s Isle of Palms vacation rentals, you have an advantage. Unlike most AirBnB rentals, by renting with us you have a local professional management company taking care of things before, during and after your stay. We’re here to make sure your vacation is the best it can be.
So all that being said…. right now, we have a handful of openings this summer, perfect for your group’s last-minute trip to the beach.
