What time is check in and check out?
Per your contract, check in is at 5:00PM on the date of your arrival and check out is at 9:00AM on the date of your departure. We will call the guest that is listed on the contract in the event the home is ready early, although we cannot guarantee an early check in. Please make sure that we have a good contact number for you so you are able to get into your home as quickly as possible. If you are not out of the home by check-out time or another approved time, you are subject to additional fees or a charge of up to one night’s rent.
Where do I check in?
You will be checking in at our office, which is located conveniently on the Isle of Palms at 1116 Palm Blvd. There you will receive all of your check in instructions for your home.
What if another guest in my party arrives before me?
If another guest is going to be checking in for you, please call or email our office ahead of time and leave us with the first and last name of the person picking up your information. We will need the guest listed on the contract to stop in and sign a form at their earliest convenience.
What if I will be arriving after your office closes?
If you will be arriving after hours, please let our office know as soon as possible so we are able to make other arrangements with you to ensure you are able to get access to your vacation home.
What is required for booking?
50% of the total cost is due after the contract is signed and the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your stay. If booking within 45 days of your stay, then 100% of the rental total will be due at signing. Our office will send out a reminder email a week or so before the final payment is due. The security deposit hold is ran 5-9 days prior to your stay and will be removed within 30 days given there have been no damages or violations during your stay.

Where can beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accessories be rented?
Our office has beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented directly through us, please call our office or email [email protected] to inquire about prices and packages. We also have a list of preferred vendors on our website under What to Bring? that has more options for renting beach gear along with baby gear, golf carts, groceries, private Chefs and a lot more. You can also call our office to speak to one of our Vacation Planners if you need help setting up any rentals for your trip.
What type of transportation services are available to get from the airport and/or Downtown Charleston to IOP?

Does my property have Wi-fi?
All of the homes are set up to have internet capabilities. There will be a network key and a password posted on a corkboard in the home. We can’t guarantee that all computers will work with the WiFi, but if you call our office we will send some over to help.
