Get DirectionsThere’s a festival for wine + food, so it stands to reason there'd be one to celebrate beer, too.
The Charleston Beer Festival is back again, at the lovely and ever-popular Riverfront Park in North Charleston. They've moved it back to October for 2024, in true Octoberfest fashion.
Date for 2024 was Saturday, October 26th. (Date and details for 2025 are tentative, so check back closer to the event for the latest.)
Not only will there be plenty of craft beer to drink, with more than 60 craft breweries, there will be a Homebrew Village, Beer Games, live music, 20 food trucks, Vendor Village with more than 30 vendors of crafts and artisanal products, and more. Headling will be the popular group, Dustbowl Revival. The fun goes on from 1:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., with special VIP access at noon.

Charleston Beer Festival also supports a good cause, with proceeds going toward public health initiatives of Palmetto Community Care.
Tickets are $35 to $60 (depending on tier) for general admission, which includes 10 beer sampling tickets and a commemorative mug. VIP tickets are $60 to $100 and includes early access (noon), entry to the VIP Oasis and Swag Bar and 20 sampling tickets. Ticket prices increase the day of the festival. Designated driver tickets are $25 to $35. It’s a rain-or-shine event. You can purchase tickets on the official festival website.
