This stunning new rental property, Coastal Dreams, at 4202 Palm Boulevard, was built in 2017 and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. With 7 spacious bedrooms and 7 ensuite bathrooms, the house is ideally located on the ocean side of Palm Boulevard, providing easy access to the beach down 43rd Ave. 

One of the highlights of this home is the fenced-in backyard oasis, complete with a private pool (can be heated for an extra fee), putting green, lounge chairs, covered patio seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The top-floor sundeck offers comfortable lounge seating and ocean views, making it the ideal spot to enjoy evening cocktails while soaking in the coastal breeze.

The home features multiple screened porches; the first-floor porch boasts a massive outdoor dining table that seats ten, perfect for family meals, while the second-floor porch provides a cozy hammock for enjoying a book or taking an afternoon nap. Inside, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and main living spaces, creating a great area for entertaining. The kitchen's huge central island, abundance of comfortable seating, and natural light pouring through the windows make it a favorite gathering spot. The chef's kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner gas range and beautiful granite countertops. This first living floor also has two bedrooms one with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom and the second has two double over double bunk beds with a full bathroom down the hall. 

The second floor has the master suite and four other bedrooms. The master has a king bed, porch access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms also have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. 

For entertainment, the third-floor media room comes with a large TV with streaming services, a comfortable couch, and access to a deck with ocean views. The seventh bedroom is on this third floor and has a King bed, a private porch and a full bathroom down the hall. 

The property is equipped with an elevator that reaches each floor, making it easy to carry in groceries and luggage. It is our intention to always have the elevator working, but we can't guarantee it. No refunds will be given if it's not working or if you can't use it for any reason. With driveways on both Palm Boulevard and 43rd Avenue, there’s plenty of room to park your boat or jet skis on a trailer, and you’re just a short walk from the IOP Marina and the waterfront Islander 71 Restaurant.
For added convenience, guests can use the garage, which includes an EV charger, an extra refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, parking for three cars. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and two sets of washers and dryers to accommodate large groups.

This was a great home for our crew of 12 to stay in for the week. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out; we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck for a great view of the lunar eclipse! We've vacationed in IOP for a decade and the location of this home really can't be beat. It has a quieter, neighborhood feel but the beach access is only a block away. We especially loved the proximity to the wide, city-maintained pathway a block over; it's perfect for wheeling a wagon and really helps with access for little ones and older family members alike. Looking forward to planning another trip soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at 4202 Palm Blvd in Isle of Palms, SC, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. This home is a gem in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The quick walk to the beach (without having to cross a busy street) was a highlight, making it so easy to enjoy the stunning coastline whenever we wanted. The private pool was a fantastic spot to relax. One of the most memorable experiences was watching the breathtaking sunsets and lunar eclipse from the rooftop. The views were absolutely spectacular! The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, head to the beach, or enjoy a peaceful evening on the rooftop (my favorite), this home offers it all. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and soak in the charm of Isle of Palms. I'll be returning as frequently as life will allow.
