**We are Saturday to Saturday in the Summer, but we have a 3 night min in the off-season**

As part of our Island Collection, 'Lime Tree Cabana' is a charming four bedroom, four bathroom home that sleeps 10 people and is located just steps away from the ocean on Cameron Blvd. This home is an Isle of Palms gem, perfect for that relaxing beach getaway you've been thinking about. Enjoy the private heatable pool (for a fee) with cabana bar and lots of seating along with ocean views from the rooftop deck.

The first floor of 'Lime Tree Cabana' boasts the main living areas with a spacious kitchen and dining room an open living room that leads out to a screened in porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm breeze. Enjoy granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Also on this floor is one of the four bedrooms. This room has a queen bed with easy porch access and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower down the hall.

Head up stairs and you find the other three bedrooms, a back porch overlooking the pool and a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop deck. The first of these bedrooms is another queen bedroom with a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a double over double bed great for kids or adults. The last bedroom is the master with a king bed and master bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and garden tub. This master has easy access to the porch and rooftop deck.

'Lime Tree Cabana" is situated on a quiet dead end street, ensuring the slower pace that the Charleston Lowcountry is known for. During the summer, the lime tree in the back yard may have plenty of limes to pick and enjoy, hence the name 'Lime Tree Cabana'!

Great Beach House

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed with plenty of room in the living area and kitchen for a group of 7 (3 kids). The home was bright and inviting and in good condition. The beach was beautiful and so convenient with just a very short walk. The kids enjoyed the pool which was cleaned twice for our stay! We'll definitely book this property again for our next visit.

Had the best family vacation ever!! You're home was perfect, as it allowed ample space for everyone and was beautifully decorated! The pool area with grilling cabana was ideal and again, provided great space for everyone to spread out. Being so close to the beach was an added perk and we took full advantage. We can't thank you enough for opening your home to us! Great House indeed! and we have already started recommending your place to our family and friends!

Lime Tree Cabana was a perfect fit for our family! Loved that all bedrooms had a full bath and that the living area was an open floor plan. The pool and cabana were definitely a hit with our kids. There was so much entertaining space, inside and out. One of the best features of this house is its accessibility to the beach. It is right by the beach access and only a short block away from the water. We will definitely return!

We needed a place near Charleston for our family with adult children and their SO's. This place was perfect. Everyone had their own bath and balcony yet family room was big enough to accommodate us all for dinner and Jeopardy!. Pool was so relaxing. Proximity to beach was great. We need the grill fixed and someone was sent over immediately. I would love to stay here again.

Great place for our family to stay the weekend our daughter graduated from c of c. We entertained out by the pool, walked to the beach and just hung out and relaxed. Mother's Day morning watching the sunrise from the rooftop deck with my entire family under one roof was like heaven

The ease of getting into the property with the key close to the front door. Pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our little pups behind. The heated pool was the biggest hit and worth the extra cost. We had everything we needed in the kitchen! View of the ocean from the top deck was pretty cool. Enough space for our Christmas celebration. Parking in a garage really helped with loading and unloading in the rain. Just a short walk to the beach, which is also dog friendly. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. We even had room for 2 other grandchildren to spend the night a couple times.

We rented a golf cart however it was only a 5 minute walk. The house was in great shape, pool was perfect!! Had a small issue with the pool heat but the response time from the rental company was extremely fast and the pool company was out within a few hours. 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant stayed comfortably in this house. Can’t wait to visit again

Exclusive Properties on Isle of Palms is amazing! They, particularly Megan, saved our vacation! We had a family reunion for Thanksgiving week and made the mistake of renting a house through VRBO. When we arrived at the VRBO house we found it was not a nice place. I immediately googled rental agencies and my first call was to Exclusive Properties. It was already 5pm but Megan said they had one property available and we could go see it. We saw the property (it was beautiful), confirmed with Megan who had stayed past their closing time to help us, and moved into Lime Tree Cabana the next day. Megan and the staff at Exclusive Properties were super helpful. The house was very clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 9 which included three generations. The rooftop balcony was a nice place to watch the sunsets and we loved the pool! The staff at Exclusive Properties saved our vacation and we are forever grateful to them. We definitely recommend Exclusive Properties!

A fun time was enjoyed by all the grandchildren enjoyed the pool and they loved the bunk beds.It was nice to have family together the weather was the best for the month of October and the beach wasn't crowded. We are planning to book again next year.

This home was wonderful for our family! It was clean, decorated beautifully and convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and not far from downtown Charleston. We are going on our third trip to this same home. Loved having the option of the pool right there and love the tikki hut too. Highly recommend this rental!

4 adults and 4 kids stayed here. Very well-kept and beautiful home 1 block from the beach! Upper deck has ocean views perfect for surround out at night! Beautiful pool w grill and fridge-great for enjoying while T the pool. Short cab into Charleston for date nights and day jaunts with the kids! Loved going to dinner in nearby Sullivan's Island too!

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for a family with the 4 bedrooms. Loved the fact that there were enough bathrooms as the first floor bedroom shared their bathroom with the rest of the house. It was clean and well maintained. The hot water faucet was not on in the kitchen hence no dishwasher either for Sat and Mother's Day, however a handyman did come out on Monday to fix it. Apparently the faucet was new and when installed they did not turn the hot water back on. Had I turned the lever myself it would have been fixed in two seconds but did not want to mess with anything as it was not my house. For once the fridge was cold and I will admit the fridge in the cabana did freeze our pop but did not look at the setting before I put some items in there. Gas grill was a plus. Internet was strong and worked perfectly. Pool man came and cleaned the pool. If my dogs had been in the yard they would have been gone, but thankfully they were inside when he showed up. Perhaps I would suggest that any people servicing the yard and or pol, knock on the door to see if there are dogs etc that could go out the garage door once opened. My two dogs loved the fenced in yard. It was perfect for our vacation. Looking to book there maybe next year too.

Great Rental for 10 People

The Lime Tree Cabana was great. It was exactly what our two families was looking for in our Charleston vacation. We were a block from the beach (a quick minute walk) and had a heated pool in the backyard. With ten people (4 adults and 6 kids) we had enough beds and space. As far as anything you need in the kitchen (save food, beverages, and spices) anything you need is in the cabinets. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but this comment isn't about the issues, we all have them in our own homes and know how they randomly pop-up in life - it's about how quickly and efficiently Exclusive Properties helped solve the issues. I highly recommend Exclusive Properties. We had a certain budget in mind, but didn't want to eliminate the closeness to the beach and a pool. They worked with me and we had the best house for our vacation.

Best Birthday Present ever!!

I rented this for my husbands 50th birthday week... and it was a present that we all will cherish forever.. We invited his brother and his brothers fiancè, His mom and dad, and our 2 teenagers.. and Every age group absolutely loved the place and loved me for renting it. Each room had their own bath which is a major plus. We had a great family time but the place was large enough to have a private moment too. The location was great... We walked the beach daily, played sand volley ball at Windjammers just down the beach, we visited downtown Charleston several nights, attended a comedy mystery dinner, we explored a plantation.. It was just fabulous!!! I would definitely recommend this comfy home!!!!
