A convenient prep kitchen, equipped with double ovens, beverage refrigerator drawers, prep sink, and ample storage, adds to the functionality. A half bath and mudroom off the kitchen enhance the first-floor layout.

The master bedroom on this level boasts a King bed, large TV, porch access, ocean views, an ensuite laundry room and ensuite bathroom, featuring a garden tub, walk-in steam shower, heated floors and two vanities. Another bedroom with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private veranda (with ocean views) completes this floor. An adjacent office offers a quiet space for work privacy.

The second living floor unfolds to an additional sitting room with a TV, porch access, and a wet bar with a beverage cooler and coffee maker. A half bath and a laundry room are conveniently situated off this sitting area. Four bedrooms on this level include two King bedrooms with oceanfront views, porch access, 13’ high ceilings, and 10’ sliding glass doors for spectacular sunrise experiences, and a third King bedroom with ocean views. The fourth bedroom, suitable for a family, comprises a single-over-single bunk bed and a queen bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The porch on this level offers a serene sitting area with sweeping ocean views extending down the beach to Sullivan's Island and even the Morris Island Lighthouse at Folly Beach.

The game room in the garage offers fun for everyone in your group with a large TV, ping pong table, foosball table, as well as your very own workout room complete with a large TV, wall mounted ballet barre, Peloton Bike, Cybex Elliptical trainer, and free weights. Shower off after your workout or day at the beach in one of two private outdoor showers.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful home directly on the beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house is incredibly roomy and spacious, making it perfect for families, especially with its child-friendly amenities. One of the highlights was the gym, which allowed us to keep up with our fitness routine even while on vacation. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants all within close proximity. We particularly enjoyed the private pier that extended out to the beach, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The beach itself is large and less busy than other areas of the island, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The interior decoration of the house is simply stunning, featuring a modern design that added to the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a great vacation in a beautiful home with breathtaking beach views. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

Stunning house! We had the pleasure of staying at this property on Isle of Palms, and it was an amazing experience. The house is brand new, with all the highest grade amenities, and an unmatched view of the ocean. The location is perfect, and allows you to enjoy everything IOP has to offer. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive making this a seamless stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, and infinity pool. We had tons of room to entertain not only our friends but also the kiddos as well. I highly recommend this stay if you are traveling to Isle of Palms and are looking for a luxurious relaxing getaway

My family and I just spent an incredible week at this beautiful house on Isle of Palms. The home exceeds all expectations and pictures it is one of a kind. The house was decked out with all top of the line amenities/ appliances and furnishings and was spotless upon our arrival. The home is located close to many restaurants and wild dunes. We enjoyed the amazing pool and outdoor spaces with an incredible view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house offered everything our group needed. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Thanks so much for making this trip one of our families favorite memories
