As you step through the front door, you'll be captivated by the open floor plan that seamlessly connects the expansive living room, adorned with ample cozy seating, to the generous dining area capable of accommodating up to 8 guests. The spacious Chef's kitchen boasts a large island with seating for an additional 6 guests and features top-of-the-line appliances, including a Thermador oven and range, a full-size refrigerator, and a full-size freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the butler's pantry simplifies meal storage and preparation. Just beyond the pantry lies a second living area, complete with a sizable sectional couch, a large TV, a wine cooler, a beverage cooler, and convenient access to a half bath. From this area, you can step onto the screened-in porch, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows. Continuing past the screened-in porch, you'll discover an outdoor dining table and grill area overlooking the inviting pool. Rounding out the first floor is one of the four King bedrooms, complete with a large TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stand-up shower.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom and TV. The master bedroom exudes elegance with its beautiful four-poster King bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a spacious stand-up shower with multiple shower heads, a double vanity, and a sizable walk-in closet. Furthermore, the master bedroom provides access to a private screened-in porch equipped with comfortable seating and a TV. The next two bedrooms on this floor feature King beds, TVs, porch access, and ensuite bathrooms with stand-up showers. The fourth bedroom presents a delightful bunk bed setup with built-in bunks. The lower level accommodates two Queens, while a staircase leads to two twin beds. This room also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The backyard serves as an oasis, featuring a large pool complete with a swim platform and several inviting lounge chairs. Additionally, for your convenience, an outdoor shower is available by the poolside.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

Wonderful stay at Saint Somewhere in Isle of Palms!

Saint Somewhere is a stunning new home in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, at the south end of the island, close to Sullivan's Island. It's only a block from a public beach access point. The house is gorgeously decorated and every design detail is perfect, from the spacious and trendy kitchen and great room to the perfectly sized bedrooms and bonus spaces (sun room off the kitchen and two outdoor screened porches, for example). The pool is not huge but doesn't need to be; it fits ideally in the backyard, below the grilling deck. The master suite upstairs, including the nicest bathroom (four heads in the shower!) you'll ever find, is off the charts. Saint Somewhere is definitely worth it!

This house is STUNNING! A perfect location and a quick walk to the beach. It was pristine and came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big group! Would absolutely recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back!
