"Treehouse on the Ocean" at 3206 Palm Blvd., is new to our inventory and we are so excited to share this wonderful oceanfront property with you. What makes this property unique are the stunning live oaks throughout. There are seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Take a walk down through the beautifully landscaped backyard to your private walkway to the beach. Other luxury amenities include a heatable pool (inquire about heating cost), Hot Tub, elevator that goes from garage to all three living floors, screened in porch, roof top with TV and ocean views.

The first living floor showcases a beautiful open living room with floor to ceiling windows and doors with a vaulted ceiling letting in ample sunlight throughout the day. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room and create an easy entertaining flow. There are plenty of dining options, including the dining table that seats eight, the island bar that seats five and the outdoor table on the screened in porch that seats eight. Cooking is a dream in the spacious high-end kitchen. Easily bring up your groceries with the elevator located right off the kitchen. 

Beyond the kitchen is a hallway toward the mother-in-law suite furnished with a pull out couch, pool table, wet-bar, a full bathroom with stand-up shower and a private porch overlooking the stunning live oaks. Head back through the first floor and beyond the living room you will find a half bath and then the master bedroom. The master has a large comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large stand up shower and a soaking tub. You will also enjoy your private screened in porch with direct access off the room. 

Take the stairs or elevator up to the second living floor and you will find four bedrooms. Two have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with stand up showers. The other two bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen bed, share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

Head up to the third living floor by stairs or elevator and you will find the seventh bedroom and rooftop sitting area. This bedroom has a king bed, stunning views of the ocean and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. Head outside to the rooftop and you will find a breezy, relaxing oasis with a large sofa and flat screen TV and lots of great views of the ocean and live oaks below you. 

When you want to cool off from the beach or the rooftop, head down to the pool area and take a dip in the pool or prop up on one of the in-pool stools and sip your cocktail while watching your favorite game or TV show. Or, you can relax in the six-person stand alone hot tub. This great hang out spot also has a dining table for outdoor meals. . 

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

This house is very comfortable. We had two families staying together, ages 1 year old to 70+. The beach is stunning, and everyone has enough space to relax. The property agent was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and well-stocked with cooking implements. It is just what we had hoped for.

House was as advertised and expected. Location close to Charleston was great. Family enjoyed the beach, pool and game room. Cooks loved the kitchen. We all enjoyed the many outside areas.
