Exclusive Properties’ luxury vacation homes are the best on Isle of Palms, but the best just keep getting better!
Our portfolio of IOP vacation rentals is carefully curated to bring you the crème de la crème. They have some of the top ocean views around, with plenty of decks and porches to take in the sea breezes. They provide exceptionally spacious accommodations, with more bedrooms and bathrooms to host all your family and friends, plus plenty of elbow room to spare.
Our homes also have large living areas and gourmet kitchens, where delicious meals can be prepared and lifetime memories made. Most boast a cool coastal chic décor, the perfect place to relax and recharge. There are large pools for outdoor fun, so you don’t even have to hit to beach to get wet. Elevators in many of the homes help with bringing in groceries or assisting those who have trouble with stairs.
But the best can always get a little better. It’s never wise to rest on one’s laurels. And who doesn’t love a good makeover?!
In that spirit, Exclusive Properties is pleased to announce some exciting renovations and additions that have happened this year in several of our Isle of Palms vacation homes.
Dolphin Manor
Dolphin Manor is located at 512 Ocean Boulevard, on the quiet end of the island without public parking. At the beginning of 2021, it had a major renovation inside and out, transforming this Isle of Palms oceanfront rental home in a host of ways.
Inside, the main window configuration was completely redone, opening up the ocean vistas so they’re even more expansive than ever. Echoing this sense of space was a creative redo of the front entrance, making it more welcoming while adding a convenient half bath. The living room also has a new wet bar area, and there’s new furniture throughout all of Dolphin Manor.
As far as beds & baths, they got in on the upgrades, too. Bathrooms have been redone with new showers and stylish tile. On the first floor, one of the bedrooms was expanded and also gained a new ensuite bath. On the second floor, a whole new bedroom has been added, along with yet another ensuite bathroom.
The outside of Dolphin Manor got touched with the magic brush, too, starting with a whole-house paint job. Other work includes porches that have been expanded and improved, along with the addition of a cool new outside bar area complete with sink, fridge, bar with bar stools and grill area.

Ocean View
Ocean View (411 Ocean Boulevard) is one of Exclusive Properties’ first homes and one of its most popular, with its elevated infinity pool on the main level deck and its aquarium.
This year saw a host of renovations to make it even better. All downstairs bathrooms have been upgraded with new showers and tile work. In addition, another bathroom was added to the first King room. So now Ocean View has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (as opposed to how it was before the reno, with three ensuite and two bedrooms sharing a Jack ‘n Jill). The gourmet kitchen has had a lot of upgrades, including a new refrigerator, countertops, tile and paint.
There’s brand new furniture throughout the home, and all the hardwood floors have been redone in a chic new shade. Outside on the entertaining deck, you’ll find new outside kitchen cabinetry and sink, along with new tile on the pool.
Serenity
Located at 2 50th Avenue, Serenity is a fairly new addition to our luxury collection, and it’s an extraordinary one at that. The home recently underwent a complete makeover that would make HGTV proud. With 8,000 square feet of living space, it offers expansive ocean vistas, marble floors, high ceilings, and two master suites among its six bedrooms. It even has a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine room with space for 500 bottles.
Serenity is situated on a rare double oceanfront lot, with 150 feet of the property along the Atlantic. Brand new this year: a huge new private pool with hot tub, one of the largest on the island. Serenity sits in a particularly quiet section of the IOP, so it truly lives up to its name.
Avonlea
Avonlea, at 2204 Palm Boulevard, has had such a major makeover that you can hardly recognize it. The front façade has been completely redone. There are new windows designed to take better advantage of the fantastic ocean views, along with cool upgrades to the porches and decks. The décor has been completely redone, and there’s stylish new furniture all throughout the home.
The master bedroom has two ensuite bathrooms, his and hers. Another ensuite bathroom has been added to the upstairs bunkroom, so now Avonlea has five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom (or two!).
Out back, the pool area has been completely transformed, with dramatic pergola, a new hot tub, beach shower, lush landscaping and expanded lounging areas.

Mermaid Manor
Mermaid Manor, at 811 Ocean Boulevard, also saw its share of improvements in 2021. It now has a new pool and hot tub, as well as five bedrooms, five and a half baths and an elevator. Mermaid Manor’s just a short walk from the IOP’s Front Beach area.
Whew. That’s a whole lotta’ renovating going on!
2021 has been a busy year, with the net result that our luxury Isle of Palms vacation homes are now even more fabulous than ever. We hope to see you soon!
