Description

Part of our exclusive collection, 'Casa Margarita', 904 Ocean Blvd., has everything you need for an amazing vacation. It has 10 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 22 people. With its beachfront location, you are sure to enjoy every sunrise and sunset IOP has to offer. Upgraded amenities include a private pool with attached kiddie pool, an above ground hot tub (heated for FREE), large outdoor pool area, a gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and a private elevator going to the first two living floors. The themed rooms will keep the kids (and adults) thoroughly entertained.

As you enter the home you are on the first living floor, home to 6 bedrooms, all housing king beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. The first bedroom is "King Tut's Hut" and offers a private bathroom with a walk in shower and porch access. The second bedroom is the "Love Nest" with a private bathroom with a walk in shower, ocean views and porch access. The third bedroom is the "Pig Pen" with a private bathroom with a walk in shower, ocean views and porch access. The fourth bedroom is the "Shoe Box" with a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The fifth bedroom is the "Dog House" with a private bathroom with a walk in shower, ocean views and porch access. The sixth bedroom is the "Cat House" with a private bathroom with a walk in shower, ocean views and porch access.

Head up the stairs and let the fun continue. The main living space has plenty of seating to enjoy company, including two plush leather sofas that are perfect for lounging and watching your favorite show on the big flat screen TV. The Chef's kitchen is located just off this space where you will find 3 refrigerators and many other top of the line appliances perfect for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen is equipped with double appliances to allow for two Chefs in the kitchen! There is plenty of space at the large dining table overlooking the ocean. Head out onto one the two porches to soak in the sun or watch the dolphins through the built-in binoculars or just relax in one of the many rocking chairs. Come back inside and let the fun continue in the billiards room, complete with all the equipment and TV. Attached to this billiards room is the "End Zone" room with a king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The last bedroom on this floor is the "Monkey Business" room and has a king bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, ocean views and porch access.

Take the spiral staircase past the hanging pirate and you will find the last two bedrooms. The "Spongebob Room" contains two queen beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The "Dinosaur Room" has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also an additional living space with a TV and spectacular ocean views.

When you are not being entertained inside by the themed décor, then you will be taking a dip in the large pool or relaxing in the hot tub. There is a convenient full bathroom in the garage as well as a three-stall outdoor shower area.

You will never forget the magical memories created at Casa Margarita and your family will beg to come back year after year.

Elevator measurements: the elevator is 30” x 42”. Max. Weight Limit: 450 lbs.
Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay.

The property was awesome. I will rent it again. Plenty of space for our large crowd of family. Never have I seen a kitchen that was so well equipped to handle the number of guests the property advertised. Location was great.

We had a family vacation with 18. There were 8 adults and 10 children ages 2-19. The property was very clean. We cooked in 5 of the 7 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 2 small maintenance issues and they were quick to respond and repair.

We had the best family vacation at this fun house! Perfect space for a wide range of ages. Great Grandma Dona got to see the beach for the first time in 10 years -- for her 80th birthday. The kids transformed into mermaids & pirates, loving the stairway spiral to their own floor. Th walkways and elevator helped tremendously with our accessibility needs. You can never be bored with the amount of decor & funny comics. Thank you for a great beach house to spend our family vacation in. :-)

One year ago this week we were at this house surrounding the Matriarch of our family with tons of love. We knew it would be her last memories of all her grandchildren and the whole family together in a happy place. During that week she asked to book this house again for 2023 so we could all be together again. One month after our stay she passed away. This year we all returned to honor her and create new memories as she wished. Casa Margarita was again the perfect backdrop to new family adventures. Grandma Gail was looking down on us from heaven smiling all week. She will remain forever in our hearts along with memories from Isle of Palms.

Wonderful 4th year in this fun house. It is our 34th family beach week on the Isle of Palms and we have loved everyone. It has grown from our 4 children to our 13 grandchildren in tow. This house has been so fun and we consider it our favorite week of the year. We are here from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and New Jersey. We had our third year at Casa Margarita celebrating our 32nd year of a Fox Family gathering at the Isle of Palms. Each year our rental house has gotten nicer & bigger! This one is just fantastic & so much fun! We have ages from 8 months to 80 and love our time together in this wonderful home! We look forward to returning next year! Celebrated my 90 birthday with my loving family from all around Michigan, Texas, SC, with ages from 6-90. Great fun place for many different activities for all. Lots of water games, card games and lots of good food enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well equipped with what is needed to cook.

Second year in this fun house

This completes 32 years of bringing the entire family to Isle of Palms and the second year in this fun house. We celebrated my 80th birthday and this was the perfect setting for this event. The most exciting time was watching our granddaughter's engagement on the beach to her future husband. We've signed up for the house for next year, but it won't be long before we'll need more space for a growing family. Thanks for creating such a wonderful environment to spend with our beautiful family.

Great house for a large group! Kitchen has plenty of everything and a nice layout! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and plenty of space to relax inside and out! Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and a plus when coming in from the ocean! Wonderful views from the balconies! The entire house is themed and keeps you entertained, our favorite was the guest bathroom off the kitchen! Would recommend this house for large families or groups!

It was clean and accommodating with plenty of cooking utensils and absolutely a fun place. 18 adults thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved The large drink cooler too. I would have liked 2 towel sets per person as there was only one washer/dryer and some of us didn’t even get to use it. We had to buy washcloths. Other than that, it was great.

Right on the beach with great access. Lots of fun decorations and a newly updated well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining area perfect for a large (and I mean large, like 17+ ladies) group of friends. Well maintained and excellent parking still within walking distance to the Isle of Palms center. Very helpful rental staff (Tina Smith is terrific!) We'll be back next year; and have been there many times in the past...

Casa Margarita is amazing! The house is huge with a beautiful view, right on the ocean. It is located very centrally on the island so you can easily walk to the bars and restaurants and the grocery store is very close. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two large fridges and plenty of cooking utensils. We had one small maintenance issue with the hot tub and it was fixed within a few hours. Our group loved all of the themed rooms and the funky decorations throughout the house. It made for a unique stay. Also, each bedroom had its own private on suite bathroom which worked out really well for our large group. All in all, I am very pleased with our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great-- pool, beach, Coconut Joe's all right there. Tremendous views from dining area. Decks are awesome for enjoying the views, the breeze, the crashing waves... Kids in our group aged 5-10 loved the wacky decor. Adults loved the kitchen w 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, lots of easy-access storage and everything labeled. If your group has adults hanging out in living area after kids' bedtimes, note that 4th floor bedrooms are not well-insulated from 3rd floor sound / conversations. Also note they mean it when they say you need to bring your own beach towels. Also beach chairs, beach toys / boogie boards, etc. Paying this price and flying in from out of state, I do wish that these conveniences were included. But big picture, it was a great house for our group. We had an awesome stay. I would recommend it and would happily stay here again.

This home a wonderful vacation spot that we thoroughly enjoy each year. My family of 20 look forward to this week and our stay at Casa Margarita. Home is well furnished with many amenities and the view and location are breathtaking. The only sad part of Casa Margarita is leaving at the end of the week.

We all enjoyed our week at Isle of Palms; Casa Margarita's pool was well maintained, the house was very clean, and the new kitchen was grand gourmet all the way! The pool table was enjoyed, as was the hot tub. The last day we had intermittent rain, but it wasn't a problem: the rain clouds came and went, and we walked the beach and swam in between the light showers. If I had to recommend one tiny improvement, it would be to add an overhead light fixture over the round glass table in the living room. Our 1500-piece puzzle fit perfectly, but we needed more light at night. I certainly would recommend this to friends. Location is excellent for great restaurants and night entertainment.

We stayed at Casa Margarita many times and have loved it! It is a spacious, unique and fun space to celebrate family and summer! With whimsical room themes, well appointed gourmet kitchen and a bath for each bedroom, this house is a barrel of fun for all! Beautiful views and direct access to beach and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.

pent a delightful early November weekend at Casa Margarita with 10 couples from the Upstate. House was just right, with everything we needed. Minor question answered promptly, and booking details handled professionally by the property manager. We loved it so much, that we are planning on returning next year. Would definitely recommend, especially for large group of adults. Ideal.
