Morgan Creek Grill is located at Isle of Palms Marina, meaning that it overlooks the stunning beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway and serene Lowcountry marshes from its wide waterfront dining room windows.
Morgan Creek Grill in Isle of Palms offers two distinct experiences to choose from: a laid-back, casual dining experience in the open air at their Upper Deck and Creekside Bar, or a fine dining ambiance in their downstairs dining room. This means that whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or that special someone in your life, Morgan Creek Grill is the perfect dining destination for all occasions.
The menu at the Upper Deck and Creekside Bar is offered on Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 11:00pm and on Sundays from 1:00pm to 11:00pm. Items include starters like fried Florida gator bites, lump crab dip, ahi tuna poke bowls, chicken wings, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and fried oysters or shrimp. Once your appetite has been whetted, dine on hearty classics like shrimp and grits, flounder po’boys, crabcake sandwiches, seared Pacific ahi tuna or Atlantic salmon, or thick and juicy burgers made with a blend of brisket, chuck, and short rib. Lighter options are also available, such as salads, turkey BLTs, ahi tuna burgers, fish tacos, buffalo shrimp tacos, and burgers made from vegetables, Portobello mushrooms, or turkey. Top off your meal with key lime pie, Southern pecan pie, peanut butter pie, crème brulee, or a seasonal sorbet.
Downstairs in the dining room, dinner begins at 5:00pm and ends at 10:00pm on Tuesday through Sunday. Begin with appetizers like charcuterie boards, sautéed PEI mussels, seared New Bedford sea scallops, oysters Rockefeller, and charred Pacific octopus bruschetta. Then, sample the Charleston She Crab Soup or the butternut squash, Brussels, and faro salad with a cranberry vinaigrette for something light. Alternatively, if you’re in the mood for a few Lowcountry favorites, you can feast on shellfish stew, crab and orzo-stuffed flounder, fried oyster mac and cheese, lump crab cakes with collard greens and grits, Geechie Boy faro bowls, chicken piccatta, and grilled filets. Options for freshly-caught local fish are available daily. And to top it all off, the Chef Specialities section of the menu draws from fanciful cuisine, including duck leg confit, seared scallops, ribeye, Frenched porkschops, and ramen bowls.
Sunday brunch is also served in the dining room from 10:00am to 2:00pm. This particular menu draws on favorites from the Upper Deck and Creekside Bar’s menu, as well as dishes like breakfast tacos, French toast bread pudding, Western omelets, and Belgian-style waffles. Additionally, happy hour specials are available from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the bar areas on Tuesday through Friday.
