It’s a great time to be in one of our beach rentals Charleston.  Spring officially sprang into glorious reality yesterday, and right on cue the weather is lovely  –   temps in the upper 70’s with skies a sunny Carolina blue.

Judging by the weather, it’s hard to believe this isn’t peak season for our rental homes South Carolina, either Isle of Palms luxury rentals or a Folly Beach house Charleston.  The temps are moderate, the sunshine abundant, and there’s none of that humidity that has a tendency to set in during the summer months.

Because it’s not peak season, you can score some great rates on all our luxury beach house rentals SC, while enjoying a slew of great events.  The calendar is really chockablock full at the moment.

We are thick in the midst of festival and benefit season, and there’s no shortage of world-class things going on all around the Lowcountry.  A Charleston beach house is the perfect way to have a home base while experiencing them.   And while our beach rentals Charleston are quite popular during the prime summer months  –  when people come to hang out at the beach, of course  –  arguably there’s even more to do around Charleston before then.

To help with your calendar planning, here are some of the major things going on now, or coming up soon, near our beach rentals Charleston…

Spring Festival of Houses and Gardens (sponsored by the Historic Charleston Foundation), as I covered in this BLOG  –  https://www.historiccharleston.org/Events/Annual-Festival-of-Houses-and-Gardens.aspx

The Cooper River Bridge Run, just eleven short days away… http://bridgerun.com/

The Flowertown Festival in Summerville, going on that same weekend… http://www.flowertownfestival.org/

The Volvo Car Open, formerly known as the Family Circle Cup Tennis Tournament… http://www.volvocaropen.com/

The 27th Annual Sea and Sand Festival, the longest running festival on Folly… https://www.facebook.com/follybeachfestival/

The opening of area farmers markets, in downtown Charleston’s case on April 8th… http://www.charlestonfarmersmarket.com/

And of course Spoleto and Piccolo Spoleto… http://spoletousa.org/    http://www.piccolospoleto.com/

Speaking of Spoleto… they have not yet unveiled the official poster for the 2017 Festival, although they will do so shortly.  In the meantime, here’s a cool link where you can see all 40 of the previous years’ Spoleto postershttps://spoletousa.org/40-for-friday-festival-posters/

Of course our beach house rentals Charleston SC are great to stay in between Memorial Day and Labor Day, when you can walk out of your luxury house on Isle of Palms right down to the beach to while the day away on the sand.  But SC vacation rentals are a terrific deal before then, especially our Isle of Palms vacation rentals… and we can promise you no shortage of fun ways to be entertained and fill your time here in the Lowcountry.

Just give EP a call, and we’ll hook you up with the very best in beach rentals Charleston.

All best,
Lowcountry Lisa
