We wanted to share with you what Exclusive Properties is doing to make sure you and your friends and family stay safe through these unprecedented times.
For check-out, you can just put key back in the lockbox at the home and leave without coming to the office to check out.
Our cleaning and maintenance staff are required to wear face masks and gloves whenever they are in a rental property.
Between each rental, our highly trained cleaners use a bleach solution to clean all high-contact areas such as keys, doors, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, toilets, faucets, kitchen counters, and sinks to name a few. All laundry is washed in hot water and is handled with gloves.
We hope this helps put your mind at ease and we look forward to having you on the Isle of Palms!
